Yes. Our rings are crafted to reflect your true finger size for an accurate and comfortable fit.
Yes, quarter sizing is available by request. Please email info@chelseagabrielle.com or use our chat feature to place a custom order. Quarter sizes are considered custom and are final sale.
Shipping
All in-stock orders ship complimentary via FedEx 2-Day from our Los Angeles atelier. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your tracking number is issued.
Yes. While all U.S. orders include complimentary 2-Day shipping, overnight delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.
Yes. For insurance and security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery. We’re happy to coordinate a preferred delivery date or have your order held at a local FedEx station for pickup.
Yes. We offer complimentary international shipping on orders over $500. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, so there are no additional charges upon delivery (with the exception of Kuwait). You can also view pricing in your local currency by selecting your country’s flag at the top of our site.
Each piece is handcrafted in our Los Angeles studio. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and finishing. Once complete, your order will ship complimentary via FedEx 2-Day service.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is handmade to order, we do not accept returns except in cases of defect or damage. If your order arrives compromised, please email info@chelseagabrielle.com within 24 hours of receipt for a repair authorization.
Custom and personalized designs are final sale, though we are happy to provide one complimentary sizing adjustment within 14 days of delivery on select pieces.
Once an order has entered production (typically within 24 hours of purchase), it cannot be canceled or modified, as materials and labor are immediately allocated. If you need assistance right after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

All Chelsea Gabrielle pieces are handcrafted in 18k recycled gold and natural, conflict-free diamonds. Each gem is ethically sourced from trusted partners who share our values of integrity and craftsmanship.

Each piece is made locally in Los Angeles to minimize waste and environmental impact. Our packaging is designed to be both beautiful and environmentally conscious.
All diamonds over 1 carat are accompanied by a GIA certification, verifying their quality and authenticity. Every gemstone is meticulously hand-selected by our team of expert gemologists for brilliance, cut, and proportion.
Care Instructions
Each Chelsea Gabrielle piece is crafted to last a lifetime. To preserve brilliance:
- Gently clean using a soft cloth, warm water, and mild soap.
- Avoid harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, and abrasive surfaces.
- Remove jewelry before swimming, exercising, or applying perfume and lotion.
- Store pieces separately in their provided pouch or box to prevent scratching.

Gifting & Personalization
Yes. Select the gifting option at checkout, and we’ll add a special touch to your order. If you’d like to include a handwritten note, simply leave your message in the “Special Instructions” box at checkout.
