Yes. For insurance and security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery. We’re happy to coordinate a preferred delivery date or have your order held at a local FedEx station for pickup.

Yes. We offer complimentary international shipping on orders over $500. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, so there are no additional charges upon delivery (with the exception of Kuwait). Each piece is handcrafted in our Los Angeles studio. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and finishing. Once complete, your order will ship complimentary via FedEx 2-Day service.

Because each piece is handmade to order, we do not accept returns except in cases of defect or damage. If your order arrives compromised, please email info@chelseagabrielle.com within 24 hours of receipt for a repair authorization.

Custom and personalized designs are final sale, though we are happy to provide one complimentary sizing adjustment within 14 days of delivery on select pieces.
