Shipping policy
At Chelsea Gabrielle, we craft every piece by hand in our Los Angeles atelier using 18k recycled gold and natural, conflict-free diamonds. Because of our made-to-order approach, we take great care in preparing and shipping your jewelry securely.
Processing Times
- In-stock items: Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order ships. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order departs our studio.
- Made-to-order and custom pieces: Each design is handcrafted specifically for you. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and finishing. Once complete, your piece will be carefully inspected and prepared for shipment.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- All U.S. orders ship complimentary via FedEx 2-Day from our Los Angeles atelier.
- Overnight delivery is available upon request for an additional fee. Contact us at info@chelseagabrielle.com or select the option during checkout if available.
- An adult signature is required upon delivery for insurance and security reasons.
- We’re happy to coordinate a preferred delivery date or arrange for your package to be held at a local FedEx station for pickup.
International Shipping
- We offer complimentary international shipping.
- Duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and collected at checkout, so you will not face additional charges upon delivery (except in Kuwait).
- You can view pricing in your local currency by selecting your country’s flag at the top of the website.
- International deliveries also require an adult signature.
Shipping Carrier & Tracking
All shipments are sent via FedEx with full tracking and insurance. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing for international orders or unforeseen carrier delays.
Signature Requirement
For security and to protect your investment, an adult signature is required on all deliveries. If you will not be available, you can:
- Provide delivery instructions at checkout
- Request a specific delivery date
- Have the package held at a local FedEx location for pickup
Order Cancellation & Modification
Once an order has entered production (typically within 24 hours of purchase), it cannot be canceled or modified, as materials and labor are immediately allocated. If you need to make a change immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@chelseagabrielle.com.
Returns & Damaged Items
Because each piece is handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of defect or damage. If your order arrives compromised, please email info@chelseagabrielle.com within 24 hours of receipt with photos for repair authorization.
Custom and personalized designs are final sale. We are happy to provide one complimentary sizing adjustment within 14 days of delivery on select pieces.
Gift Orders
Gift-wrapped orders are shipped in elegant Chelsea Gabrielle packaging. You may include a handwritten note in the “Special Instructions” box at checkout. Gift cards are delivered digitally.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
