Each Chelsea Gabrielle piece is handcrafted to order in our Los Angeles atelier. 

Our standard production time is 2–4 weeks from the date your order is placed. This allows our artisans to carefully cast, polish, and set each diamond by hand.

Pieces in stock will ship within 1–2 business days. For made-to-order designs, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your piece is complete.

Our collections are handcrafted in Los Angeles using recycled 18k gold and conflict-free natural diamonds sourced through trusted, ethical partners. Every design is produced in small, intentional batches to minimize waste and ensure the integrity of craftsmanship at every stage.

We strive to be as sustainable as we can without packaging material. Every detail, from our boxes to our pouches, is designed to reflect beauty, purpose, and care.

To preserve its beauty, avoid contact with hard surfaces, perfumes, and lotions, and remove them before any vigorous activity. When not worn, keep each piece safely tucked in its own pouch or box, away from other jewelry.

To restore its natural glow, gently clean with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth. For a deeper polish or inspection, allow our atelier to care for your piece — ensuring it remains luminous for a lifetime.

Since most pieces are made-to-order pieces, please allow 2–4 weeks for craftsmanship and finishing. Once complete, your order will ship complimentary via FedEx 2-Day service.

All in-stock orders ship complimentary via FedEx 2-Day from our Los Angeles atelier. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your tracking number is issued.

If you need your piece urgently, overnight delivery is available upon request for an additional fee for in stock items only. For insurance and security, a signature is required upon delivery. 

We offer complimentary international shipping on all orders. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout—no unexpected charges upon arrival (with the exception of Kuwait).

Because each creation is handmade to order, we do not accept returns except in cases of defect or damage. If your piece arrives compromised, please contact info@chelseagabrielle.com within 24 hours for a repair authorization.

Custom and personalized designs are final sale, though we happily offer one complimentary sizing adjustment within 14 days of delivery on select pieces.

Once an order has entered production (typically within 24 hours of purchase), it cannot be canceled or modified, as materials and labor are immediately allocated.
